Referees set availability per day, including time windows ("Saturday 09:00–14:00 only"). The scheduler will never assign outside that window. If availability changes the night before, the referee updates their profile and CupHelp flags every affected match.

Once availability is in, one click assigns referees across every match. The assignment engine respects minimum rest gaps, refuses double-booking, balances workload across referees, and keeps age-category preferences in mind. Manual drag-and-drop overrides are available for finals or showcase matches.
4. Notify automatically — no group chats
Every referee gets a personalised match list by email and SMS as soon as fixtures are confirmed. Changes (re-assignments, time shifts) trigger a fresh notification with the delta highlighted. No more "did you see the change in the group?".
5. Match-day score confirmation from a phone
Each referee gets a secure mobile link for their assigned matches. They confirm the final score, capture cards if needed, and the live public bracket and standings update within seconds. No app download, no login required.
Referee pay-outs and finance
CupHelp tracks every officiated match against the referee's per-match rate. At the end of the tournament, export a CSV with totals per referee and per pitch. Hand it to your finance system or pay through your existing payroll — done.
