    cuphelp.com is a tournament management platform that enables organizers to create, manage, and run sports tournaments. The Service includes tools for team registration, scheduling, venue management, and live score tracking.

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

    4. Marketing Communications

    By creating an account and signing up for any plan on cuphelp.com, you consent to receiving product news, feature announcements, and marketing emails from us. You may withdraw this consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

    Tournament organizers retain ownership of their tournament data. By using the Service, you grant cuphelp.com a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. Public tournaments and their results may be visible to all users.

    7. Payment Terms

    Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    cuphelp.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
